Ingredients to make Roasted milk with condensed milk in the microwave:

 6 eggs

 600 millilitres of whole milk

 ½ glass of whole milk

 1 can of condensed milk (390 grams)

 2 cinnamon sticks

 1 branch of natural vanilla (preferable)

 1 dessert spoon of cinnamon (powdered)

 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence

How to make roasted milk with condensed milk in the microwave:

Pour the 1/2 glass of milk, vanilla and cinnamon (powder or stick) into a saucepan. Stir constantly so that the spices flavour the milk. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat and let it cool until it reaches room temperature.

Beat the eggs with a whisk. Then add the condensed milk to the mixture little by little and stir. Once this is done, pour the whole milk in the same way. Finally, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and stir very well. Now, integrate the glass of flavoured milk into the mixture and beat until completely incorporated. Pour the preparation into a mould suitable for microwave cooking. There are several options: silicone moulds, refractory or special plastic moulds. Microwave the roasted milk for 15 to 30 minutes; this time varies depending on the power of your appliance. In my case, I cooked this dessert for 35 minutes. I recommend that you feel the texture of the sweet after 10 minutes and then every 5 minutes until you achieve adequate cooking. To do this, prick the centre with a toothpick, if the toothpick comes out wet, continue cooking.

Let the milk roasted with condensed milk cool until it reaches room temperature. Then refrigerate for 3-4 hours, or better yet overnight.

This exquisite roasted milk has nothing to envy to the one prepared in the oven since the only notable difference is that it lacks the golden crust that usually covers this dessert.
